Mission
To focus on progress over product: by focusing on growth during the process by asking questions, we instill a base of intrinsic learning within ourselves leading to self-motivation for lifelong learning and solving the mysteries of our own curiosities.
Learning anything, at any age can be really challenging. My goal as an instructor is to act more as a guide and match your interests with my skill set. While some lessons can be very traditional and focus on standard growth other lesson types can explore the really big world of music. I believe it's very important that we teach ourselves...how to teach ourselves. How do "we" search for answers, how do we train our muscles, how do we practice using our memory? Each human is vastly unique and my hope is that I can help you figure it out.
